Guest guest
Marjorie, I did a 40 day juice fast and had no problems. Probably a juice fast could go much longer if desired. Guest guest
Hi Margie, I have a Green Life machine. It's a juicer that grinds the fruit or veggie into juice. You can adjust the control to let more pulp into the juice. The green machines are very expensive. And yes, a pain in the butt to clean and that's why I don't juice much. Juice diets are really excellent at cleaning out your insides. But, anything over a few days, should be monitored by a doctor. As to using the stems and leaves, it depends on which veggie and fruit you are talking about. ar
