Marjorie,

I did a 40 day juice fast and had no problems. Probably a juice fast could go

much longer if desired.

Hi Margie,

I have a Green Life machine. It's a juicer that grinds the fruit or

veggie into juice. You can adjust the control to let more pulp into the

juice. The green machines are very expensive. And yes, a pain in the

butt to clean and that's why I don't juice much.

Juice diets are really excellent at cleaning out your insides. But,

anything over a few days, should be monitored by a doctor.

As to using the stems and leaves, it depends on which veggie and fruit

you are talking about.
