Guest guest
, Ruptures are more common than many women are led to believe when implanted. Lynda At 07:51 PM 8/24/2006, you wrote: >Hi... Guest guest
. .. . Welcome to . How are you doing now? . . . Are you experiencing health problems? Or are you feeling OK? Frustrated with Mentor, I requested my medical records from my physician. On the product evaluation report sent back to my physician by Mentor on the first set of implants removed, it was noted that "foreign black and brown materials were found on the shell surface, and white foreign materials were found within the implant". Guest guest
, I'm happy to hear you're doing OK . . . Hopefully everything will be fine from here on out. But . . . should you begin to have unexplainable health problems, check with us before allowing the docs to do any more surgeries. We're really particular about how implants are removed. . . Apparently your implants were contaminated with some type of organism/s . . . If your implants were removed properly, the organisms should be gone with them . .. However, we've found most docs don't do it right, and it's just a matter of time before problems begin . . . If it happens, don't freak out . . . we'll be here! Hugs and prayers, Rogene
Guest guest
, welcome to this awesome, loving, supportive site! I am very fond of these women here. Last year, I was in living hell, very ill from 20 yr. old implants. It was only last year, through this group that I discovered my sickness was due to my implants! Thank God and these women here my life was saved. I am feeling SO much better and it's just been a month post-surgery. I saw my implants after surgery, in the pathology lab at the hospital...they were a dark yellow outer, and black & grey ungly spots all throughout. I had them sent to Dr. Blais in Toronto, Canada, who analyzes the insides. I'm awaiting a report still. My immune system was so degenerated, I had pneumonia 5 times in 2-1/2 yrs. I'm on the road to recovery and am able to enjoy my grandchildren now. They missed Grandma wrestlying with them! I'm not quite in the wrestling stage yet, but assured them it won't take long!! lol Keep connected to this support site....we are always here for you. Love & Healing, Sunny > > Hi... Guest guest
HI , Not sure exactly what it means, but we can take a few guesses, such as fungus, bacterial colonies, mold, etc. Nothing very pretty at the least! How is your health after all of this? Patty tang5112 <tang5112@...> wrote: Hi... I am new to this group, and need some advice. I had Mentor's siltex saline implants in March of 2000. Guest guest
, I would be disturbed too! At this point in time, what are your intentions with the implants? Do you want to continue struggling with them in your body, or are you ready to throw in the towel? You may not be having any issues right now, but the chances of you having more issues down the road are pretty high. I mean, without a doubt, you are going to have to deal with your current set of implants at a future date. The question is, do you want to wait until something inconvenient, (or worse, devastating) happens, or try to make some decisions at this time about what you would like to do? In any case, we are here to help...we can share with you what we have gone through and how we got past it all, and you are welcome to stay and glean what helpful info you can from us. Take care, Patty <tang5112@...> wrote: > Hi... I am new to this group, and need some advice. I had Mentor's > siltex saline implants in March of 2000.
