Most women can go back within a week if there is

no real lifting, stretching, etc.

I was back working with my granddaughter, who is 3 -- as long as she

didn't kick me in the chest when we were cuddling, I was o.k. I got my

grandkids to carry anything over 2 lbs. for about 3 weeks. But I did

drive my standard vehicle a little too prematurely!!

All I can say is that I was driving the next day, so everyone is different.
