icing and antibiotics after explant

just wanted to compare my nutball ps's recommendations to everyones:

1) how long were you all on antibiotics? They told me to stop today.

(explant was friday)

2) were you still told to ice? I am being told to.

3) were you told to do stretching exercises, arms above head?

4) were you told to pin the arms of your clothes to your shirt for 2

wks?

5) did you dress your nipple area with an ointment? ( I have an

ointment of Bactroban and Nitropaste which they mixed today, and then

a petroleum dressing called Xeroflo, and then gauze with tape.)
