Guest guest
It appers the bottle is for people who don't have access to good water on a temporary basis - as in traveling to a third world county. In that respect, I'd say it's probably a good idea - if it works as advertised. I don't like the idea of holding water in a plastic container for any length of time though. There are some good filtering systems - you can have them installed for the whole-house, or for a single faucet. . . . You might want to check those out for your whole family. . . My mother had a charcoal filter that sat inside a pitcher that took the chemical taste out of her tap water. Guest guest
I don't like using plastic either for water bottles. I take the lable off my Synergy drink bottles, stick them in the dishwasher, hand wash the metal cap so it doesnt rust. These make great water bottles for on the go, and they are glass! Plus they are reusable and it is better then throwing them away. The lable is hard to get off, this is the only problem. I usually end up tossing most of them, but the one's I can get the lable off are keepers!
