Guest guest
Thank you I dont have to be on blood thinners right now but do know I am more likely to have them. I will try the cayenne pepper I love hot stuff and eat it not as much as I used to. The doctors still think it was the hormones and I was taking vitamin k2 so no new clots which is good. I learnt to use a flat teaspoon of cayenne pepper and I mixed it in water (1/4) cup. Within minutes it had stopped the pain and the clot disappeared. It's only happened to me 3 times and all within about 3 years each. I haven't had any ever since then but I know what I have to do if I have that again. If I felt a pain in my abdomen somewhere I'd check it out and have the cayenne and water. It's pretty hot but once I've drank it down it soon fixes the problem. The heat goes from my stomach to my head and I feel great afterwards. I hardly ever go to doctors. I take magnesium tablets, one or two daily. And the occasional aspirin. Also coQ10. Lately I haven't had to take anything much at all. I get the magnesium tablets from the chemist shop and the aspirins from the supermarket. Then the coQ10 I get from a Dr overseas. Re: H-pylori is strongly involved in Parkinsons and could be very much an issue for Fibromyalgia folk To: fibromyalgiacured Date: Tuesday, August 2, 2011, 9:50 PM Hi Lovell, Are you having to take anything for the Gerd? Recently read that with taking acid blockers, you will not be able to absorb b vitamins,as they need acid to be absorbed. I used to take the fresh lemon juice in water with meals, and my sister(who has had ulcers) takes the organic apple cider vinegar. Even a healthy person is only about to absorb a small amount of the Bs in a supplement. google b 12, or b deficiency. c > > Joanne,As you know I have GERD and esophageal ulcers. Â Hopefully he will check for h.pylori.
