Hi, I think dmso is sulpher. there is a lot of natural sulpher in eggs, and somw

veggies. Sulpher is a good detox. Just make them a part of your regualar diet.

vitamin c is a good pain killer and antioxident and can be used in higher doses.

Bee's website mentions it. I tried boswellia for a month when in extra pain. not

sure it helped that much. white willow bark can be used for pain. I used to make

fresh ginger tea 3-4 times a day for pain. Smelling some oregano oil can be a

good pain killer. these things can be tried one at a time. i would ot mix much

of these together. Good saturated fats like butter and coconut oil are also

anti-imflammatories, and can be part of our diet, along with the low carb.

Staying away from grains and sugar will be good to prevent pain and

inflammation.
