Guest guest
My regular Family Doctor removed my stitches. I went 8 hours to Atlanta, I had to come back home the day after surgery due to my boyfriend owns his own business and hard to run a business 8 hours away. I left Dr. Kolb's office with the pain pump, stitches and all. My niece removed the pain pump and my regular family doctor the stitches. The wrap I had to wear after surgery was not tight at all. It reminded me of a tube top except velcro down the front for easy on/off. The exercise I don't understand that one. We were not told to do the arm over head thing? Just warm up stretch walk cool down every other day. I think I would not be going back to that doctor anytime soon, my own honest opinion. Guest guest
, sounds to me like she wants to get paid for alot of unnecessary appointments. I went to my p.s. in the outpatient clinic 24 hrs. after my surgery. I had little to nothing coming out of my drains, so he took them out. Follow-up appointment in 2 weeks. Took pictures of my after=breasts and said farewell. I felt great ever since, boob-wise. A little pain, ofcourse...I was told to take it easy, but not do nothing. I took ibruprofen for 2 days for pain, and that was it. No exercises were given to me post-surgery. He told me the stitches would dissolve. If you have any problems, call me, type of thing. Runaway!!!! is the advice I feel like giving you. I'm very concerned that anyone would leave stitches in for a month. That's scary. You certainly can get the care and attention you need from your family doc (hopefully he/she is loving & caring!) and if the doc feels you need to see a p.s. see someone else. It's your choice not to be abused, for Heaven's sake. Love always, Sunny xo > > > > > > >WOW! What a nasty woman!! You hit it on the head, you are > > threatening her > > > >livelihood. Guest guest
As a nurse one thing I know about surgical billing is the the fee for the surgical procedure also covers the physician requested post-operative visits and care. They cannot code for separate visits and charges to get paid over and above the stated surgical fee. ~~ > > , sounds to me like she wants to get paid for alot of > unnecessary appointments. Guest guest
hi , right, all of these visists with the Wicked Witch are included, I just pay for the lymph massage. Still, I can't see why she would want to waste her time with me, except to shake her head at my 'problem' . > > > > , sounds to me like she wants to get paid for alot of > > unnecessary appointments. >
Guest guest
Interesting - It would probably freak her out if she saw you looking "normal". Maybe you can send her a photo after you heal! Emerald Kittee <emeraldkittee@...> wrote: hi ,right, all of these visists with the Wicked Witch are included, I just pay for the lymph massage. Guest guest
That''s interesting. In Canada it works a little differently. I've had doctors that are awesome and do what's necessary and others who take advantage of the health care system, as there are always those dishonest people, in every circle. It's sad, but true. Love, Sunny > > > > , sounds to me like she wants to get paid for alot of > > unnecessary appointments. >
