PLEASE WATCH: I saw a link to this on the internet. It's fascinating and goes

with the alkaline/acid theory. This dr is right on the mark, and I feel it in my

Hi Jean:

I am very very excited about this. I knew I had serious candida back in the

late 80¹s. I read a book about it. I had the gas, the belching, the IBS,

food allergy symptoms etc. if I ate fruit I gained 6 pounds and blew up

like a ballon in the belly. All candida symptoms. Then it progressed to

pain all over the body.

I had a great book that talked about fibro and said all fibro came from

candida. Because of the leaky gut symdrome. When we get leaky gut due to

candida eating throug the lining of the wall of the colon, we get mico food

particles that pass into the blood stream causing inflammation and pain of

fibro.

When I ate only alkaline for a whole year I was a different person.

So, I am going to try drinking baking soda on a regular basis to see what

happens. Can¹t hurt.

That's great Rosemarie, just investigate how to to do it, I mean the proportion

of baking soda to water and how much each day. I'm sure this matters. I'm going

back on my alkaline water too

Joanne - I'm so glad Bee said this. I remember now when I was in my 20's and

working at a health food store is when I first heard it, but then again in more

recent yrs. My sister is a nurse and told me something horrific that I won't

post, but it's most definately a fungus. And just think of the enviroment to

grow or to kill fungus. I need to do much research on that. But I'm fascinated

with this Italian drs work.

I hope you are well and happy. I had that flare hit and then something else I

don't want to give mind energy, but hanging in there right now I actually did

a job interview yesteday for the first time in yrs
