Hi,

Actually I'm using filtered tap water. After doing much research on the Internet

about different water, what is and what isnt good for you. From what I have

read, it would appear that tap water is the best. And the reason this is, is

because the City has to make sure that the water meets City standards, as to

where most bottle water company's are so overly processed and most of them

contain high amounts of fluoride and god only knows what else. I don't believe

in the whole Kangen money scheme.

I have been drinking bottled water for ages, but I was talking to my husband

yesterday and I said you know what. The last time that I was well I was drinking

tap water. That was when we were stationed in Ft. Georgia. We are now

located in Germany, so hopefully the water here is good and healthy too lol. It

taste just as good as any bottle water Ive had. Plus I read that alot of Bottle

water companys have actually been caught just putting tap water in their

bottles. LOL

Plus another plus I think is that I have alot of Glass Bottles, so I fill them

up and keep them cool, and thats what I drink.

I don't like drinking out of plastic because of toxins.

I think that my body is saying oh my goodness the drought is over with

YEEEEHAAAAAWWWWWW.. LOL

And yes, you should do it too with me.

Big hug's,

Carol

Hi Everyone,

Well Ive decided to try the water cure on top of the high fat diet and to see

what kind of results I get.

Im on my second day today. I have had to pee alot, as you are suppose to drink

half of your body weight

in oz a day. In other words, if you weigh 130lbs, you would have to drink 65 oz

of water a day. And your also suppose to have a pinch of sea salt on your tongue

a day and wash it down with water.

This program comes from the book called. Your bodys many cries for water. I

don't own the book yet, but I have seen

alot about it on the Internet. I am trying this because I can remember the first

time that I got well from Fibro, I had

drank at least two liters of water a day back then. So I'm giving this a wurl.

Wish me luck.

My dizzyness finally subsided yesterday so I am really greatful for that. Still

have a very congested chest, but with all of this

water intake it should help minimize it. Its also helping me drink less Coffee

so thats obviously a plus.

I'm going to keep at it for at least two weeks to maybe a month and see what

kind of results I get from this. If I have wonderful results then I will keep it

going. And I will keep you all posted on how Im progressing. I am determined to

stick this out, because although yes I do drink water already, but no where near

enough. I never have, except for the one time that I did

manage to heal myself back in 1998 from Fibromyalgia. So I'm going to stick

through this with all I have. You might be thinking to yourself big deal she's

going to drink water...lol but to me it is a big deal because my family is

always getting on to me

that I don't drink enough of it. I usually have a cup of coffee in my hands, so

it really is a big deal here. LOL

Much love to you all, thank you all for being there. I love our group!

Love,

Carol
