Guest guest
Hi Carol, I got my himalayan salt from saltworks, and it was nice and pink, and tasted nice on food and in water. Saltworks has a gray sea salt I may try next though. They have a fine, that does not have to be ground. My sleeping problems did not improve on Bee's diet, but was able to give up my muscle relaxers and neurontin. They did not help my sleep that much anyway. Could be too, we are now able to detox more efficiently, and that can interfere with sleep. Hope valerian helps you, it never helped me in the past. Also seem to be having more nightmares, or just remembering them more. I heard it said somewhere we do not need as much sleep on a ketogenic diet. Could be too, I do not get much hourly sleep, but what I do get is more helpful. Don't usually ever get what seems to be a bad cold, but got one last year while on Bee's diet. c > > > Hi Rosemarie, > > Thank you for writing me and trying to help. I love our group ♥ I do have some Valerian supplements, and I actually forgot that > i have them, plus I think that between all of the supplements that we have to take everyday I get sick of having to pop so many pills a day. Last night I took a Melatonin pill before I went to bed, I actually stayed asleep for exactly six hours. I went to bed at Ten and woke up just after four in the morning. Which is still frustrating, I wish I could stay asleep til at least six. I will try the Valerian tonight. By the way, still got the cold, but the Rash is gone. And I must say I can't complain too much about the Cold because this is the first one ive had in well over a year now, so thats not too bad. > > Big Hugs, > Carol > > > > To: fibromyalgiacured > From: rosemarie19@... > Date: Mon, 24 Jan 2011 09:49:29 -0500 > Subject: Re: FW: [candidasupport] Re: Bee does not recommend any kind of Himalayan Salt > > > Hi Carol: > > I have the same sleep problem.
