How DO they sleep at night!

, that's absolutely horrific. I just don't get it.

My Dad was on 12 medications a year before he died. He said he felt

like his brain was all cross-firing and he was going insane. He

dumped them all, except his blood thinner and potassium pill. He was

a heart patient. My Mom was really scared at what would happen to

him. He actually lived another year, felt mentally and physically

better and carried around and played his dulcimer (a heavy 116 string

instrument. He said, " if I don't have long, I'm going to enjoy it! "

Not recommended to go off meds cold turkey, but he was an old

stubborn Ukrainian. I've got that characteristic myself, but tend to

be more " in the middle " .
