I bought a organic cotton mattress and box springs. Well, it stunk so had

because of the plastic it was wrapped in,it was weeks before I could even sleep

in it. I tried airing out the bedroom as much as possible(in the winter), and

sprinkled baking soda on it, and on the carpet to soak(my whole bedroom stank

because of it), and vacuumed. I put more plants in the room, and opened up boxes

of baking soda and set them up in the room. Set out bowls of white vinegar.

Still, it took a long time for the smell to go away, and that smell, while it

was there, burned my throat.

I posted the andy griffith. I have always used a flat feather pillow, and all

cotton sheets. the mattress pad, I paid a lot for, but it was not all

cotton-only part. In the Little House books- " Farmer boy " about Almonzo, they ate

vegetables, meats, and sugar desserts, but they were well to do, and could

afford the sugar.(kids getting into the sugar, and eating a lot of it, was

considered a No NO) . Seems mostly as I remember my family, and my grandparents,

it was mostly holidays they had lots of cakes and pies, not often. I went to the

World Market store today, and got some spices, they were nonirradiated.

Saw the 2 part documentary " Big Sugar " did not know Sugar played, and still

plays so big a part in history. I knew it could only be produced then by the

slave trade, and even now-those working in the cane fields are in virtual

slavery.

best to get one without springs if you can because of the electromagnetism

floor.Still wet the bed,so,the carpet was badly soiled.After awhile,he had a

futon mattrss, and he slept on that, but, still he was wetting the bed,and his room

stunk to high heaven.I threw the mattress out and tore up the carpet. Now,he

sleeps on a bunk bed mattress.he never has used a pillow.So,I think,the

materials in the pillow bother him?Or his neck hurts?I had bad neck aches for

many years, and wanted a very flat pillow,or none at all.I don`t have the problem

anymore since I detox myself. Was reading about feather beds in this old book i`m

reading,and wondered,if I should get some.Probably lots of money.Maybe I could

learn how to make my own. That epsiode of Any Griffith that someone posted,This

book from the 1880s,in southern Michigan, they ate lots of deserts, with like

every supper.Talking about fried cakes, which i know is donuts, becasue that is

what my grandfather called them.
