Dear all

I would prefer making my own yogurt by seeding the freshly boiled milk with home

made curds/yogurt rather than buying yogurts from off shelf. This is because,

the commercially available one's are seeded with recominant bacteria for longer

shelf life.

Pls note this point for future use.

I think the icecream is a cheat, but you might be able to make some if you can

use stevia

 

As you know I do mainly stick to the foods on bees Candida diet but lately I

have been adding one food at a time from Bees healthy eating diet

 

I have found that I am OK with these foods

 

Sprouted seeds

Soaked nuts that are roasted

raw milk that has been fermented using yogurt culture

raw cheese

 

 

Occasionally I have

 

berries

organic cocoa

licorice tea

carrots

tomatoes

onions

salad

bacon

burgers without bread

gluten free sausage

 

Overall though I really do not have more than one or two carb foods in my diet

 

In the morning I eat only fat, my supplments and just a tiny portion of meat.

Having no carbs in the morning sees off my appetite, and I can very easisly

control my carb craving providing I stay in ketosis and not let my carbs get

beyond 15g

 

I do sometimes eat more protein than I should

Joanne:

Thank you for you posts! I love that you posted videos of Nickelback and Pink- I

love them! I can definitely see how dancing around and being silly would uplift

your mood!

I'm going to try making Bee's egg drink ice cream recipe that way I can have

something that tastes better and still get into ketosis.

Thanks for your encouragement. Today I am getting back on the wagon. Ketosis

here I come :)
