, I'm thrilled that you've found another piece of the puzzle to getting well! Diet is sooooooooo iimportant . . . One wouldn't expect to run their car on oatmeal . . . why would anyone think that the human body can stay healthy on synthetic or nutrient depleted foods? There's even more money invested in keeping processed foods on the market than there is on keeping breast implants on the market . . . Don't expect any public admission that these foods aren't conducive to health. Hugs, Rogene

Hi

I have gluten problems too. I was tested and found to have

antibodies to gluten. Since then I have been on a mainly gluten

free diet. Whenever I go off, I start getting more frequent

headaches. Though I felt somewhat better, it certainly wasn't the

end of my symptoms. But it was a piece of the puzzle and now that

you mention the yeast connection, I have to say that I am conquering

that battle so it may have been more helpful than I thought! So

thanks for mentioning. It is funny how some things are so gradual

that we hardly even notice them. Like yeast infections. I don't

need to use nystatin douche anymore and I was having to do that

pretty regularly for years to keep my vulvadynia at bay. I am

seeing more improvements all the time! I am glad to hear that you

are too!

Hugs, Kathy

Hey ! What a joyful sight! It's so good to see you pop back in here and let us know how things are going. How are your dancing classes? I bet you are having great success! It truly amazes me how many of us have gluten issues! I am so glad to hear you are experiencing relief in your digestive health, and not only that, but that you've been able to pin point some serious issues that other family members might be dealing with. I know my mom shares my gluten intolerance thing...I did the gene testing, and I am certain I got the gene from her. So, it's a domino effect for sure! And it's a good one! I hope you continue healing greatly, and that your family all enjoy better health as you get the food issues sorted out. A gluten free diet is a bear....I know, and I have failed numerous times so far. But my mom already said

she felt tons better on a gluten free diet, so I know that is the key. Hey , I am so glad you came back to share that important info with us! We've missed you around here....don't be so scarce! I especially want to hear about your test results, and I hope you will continue to encourage all the special ladies here about their healing efforts. It's always great to hear back from someone who is turning the bend... Take care, Patty ktitko <ktitko@...> wrote: Hi!Patty I wanted to thank you for suggesting that I might have Celiac, as much as I didn't want to believe it! I meant the domino effect was good because it helps us help others, not that the gluten intolerant thing was good, that's for sure!Tricia Trish <glory2glory1401@...> wrote: Hey ! What a joyful sight!
