Guest guest
Hi! Patty I wanted to thank you for suggesting that I might have Celiac, as much as I didn't want to believe it! I have been gluten free for going on 2 months and have found tremendous improvement in my overall digestive health. I have taken the test, but won't have results for another week or so. Its been an extremely difficult lifestyle change, but I am used to it now and know how to shop for myself. The first couple of weeks were torture and I felt starved!! If it wasn't for your suggestion I never would have known about Celiac Disease. I have since done a ton of research on it and found that most of the health problems that run in my family are usual symptoms. I am now trying to convince other members of my family to get tested, or at least to try going gluten free. We have some pretty seriously ill family members that have a very low quality of life. I have found through research that if you have the gluten intolerance you are more suseptable to the yeast problems which then cause a whole series of events, as we all know. So having the implants apparently would have triggered my gluten alergy which then caused everything else to start. I need to take more than just the gluten test because I think I may actually have many more food alergies that are causing problems as well. It truly is amazing that most of our health problems can simply be managed with the right diet!
