You do know don't you that all these autoimmune illnesses are being caused by our high consumption of carbs and vegetable oils. When I say carbs I mean the way we all eat all these foods from plants that are not prepared correcly and so many are processed, but I won't go on about all that right now because I do think you know about all this and it is taking me off the point  Anyway, I got thinking about you saying in the past that you have some addiction difficulty with carbs. I recalled all the problems I had with this and boy were they many. Back then I used an appetite suppressant sibutramine, it has since been banned but at the time it helped me really control my appetite. The HCG hormone works in a similar way and folk on that diet use ketosis but because they have this hormone too it helps them control their appetite  Now you know my view on drugs, and I wont warble on that, because I know you know what I am like with all that, but Lovell as much as I am against drugs I do know when folk are struggling but trying now and then they do need chemical meds  Now I cannot recommend this hormone for the HCG diet, I have never used it and i have no idea how safe or dangerous it is, but I am thinking you might want to look at this and maybe a few other appetite suppresants . I know this is not the best thing, just doing the diet is the best thing and the high fat gets rid of the appetite anyway, but if you really cannot do it, if the addiction is too much for you for a time an appetite suppresant might help.  Some appetite are addictive so please if you do decide to look into this please consider all the effects they might have  I can only tell you Lovell what I would do, I would take something if I could not control my carb intake, I would have to because I cannot suffer fibro. I did take the Sibutramine when i was on Atkins but since bing on Bees diet I have not needed them  Hope this helps  Love Joanne
Guest guest
Thanks Joanne, I will do a further study on the HCG.  I don't eat because I am hungry.  I eat out of habit and I love carbs.
