first flush, never again

After a month of reading this web site and that web site and getting some advice

along the way I finally, did my first gallbladder flush. I did it as soon as my

doctor had an ultrasound done. (Don''t know the results but from what the tech

said I don't think they found anything). At any rate, I went for the 2 cups

worth of olive oil and the large grapefruit recipe. I did not use epsoms salt

instead opted for Cascara Sagrada.

I was only able to tolerate about 1 1/2 cups of the olive oil. I was gagging

just looking at it after about 1 cup. I took it in 15 min intervals so as not

to get my stomach too upset. I sucked on mint candy to help with that and the

candy really did help. However, laying in bed after taking this stuff, I vowed

never to drink that stuff again even before knowing the results. The oil is

just flat out nasty and I can't even look at it. I don't know how some of you

can take it every 2 weeks like this.

After my first bowel movement today. I went with an enema to get things going.

I was surprised to see probably about 3 dozens stones. Whew, I've been in

barnyards that smell better.

At any rate, I would really appreciate any more insight on clearing out the

liver/gallbladder without this horrendous night of torture and gagging. Please

keep posting or refer me to sites where I can achieve the same results. I don't

care if it is long term or short term. I just can't tolerate that again and

obviously it was a success. I have really appreciate this forum so far.

Thanks,

Doug
