Hi, so far been getting the specials on gallon from Nutiva,or vitacost brand.

Cherie is into juicing and cleanses, of course, we are not into that though.

There were a few things helpful in the book but you need to be very familiar

with Bee's with is better for health, and follow Bee's instead of some in the

book.

> I picked up the book " coconut oil diet " by Cherie Calbom. It does have a

chapter on Fibro and some being helped by low carb with the coconut oil. The

book does a good job of showing CO benefits, history, and the cholesterol theory

not being true. I read some but not all of it, The candida part is about what

Bee used to believe. Some of the recipes may be of help to us, but many are not,

if we want to be healthy. in the book there is an introduction phase, that is

similar to Bee's diet, but later adds more carbs. I assume that is somewhat like

Atkins. The book does mention if you have fibro, thyroid, or other problems, to

continue limiting the higher starch foods. The book uses cleanses though, and we

consider that a No No. I got the book cheap at a thrift shop-it was marked up

some.
