Guest guest
Hi, vitamin C deficiency can cause fatigue as well. It seems to be very common too, and have the same symptoms as MS and other diseases. Could be it is really C deficiency. All the nutrients work together. I try to stick to Bee's supplement list. I have thought about the b12 shots. 40 years ago, I asked my doc for the pernicious anemia test, and he said I did not have it, but who knows now. I have not had the intrinsic factor test. Any sugar or food that turn into sugar, use up our Bs and C vitamins. Nerve pain can be just the nerves waking up as well. I have not had hair loss, bur a bit of nerve type pain, and burning at times. c > > That's really helpful, thanks. > > Yes, nerve pain in feet and hands (out of the blue and random, acute linear pain that does not usually last but hurts a lot). Sometimes cramps in legs, not very much. > Yes to hair loss, 4 years, > Big yes to sleep and fatigue problems, every day and night > > a bit of brain fog and forgetfulness > No to sweating, I rarely sweat (must have extra toxins as a result) > > >  > Siobhán > > > ________________________________ > > To: fibromyalgiacured > Sent: Thursday, 9 February 2012, 22:22 > Subject: Re: Video on reversing illness > > >  > Hello > Your B12 should be for anyone with pain issues at least 500 to 600 > B12 is protein and it is supposed to stay in our bodies for years.
