Guest guest
My opinion , and it is only that. I believe it all has to do with education, on both parts. I started out as an EMT did not know nothing!!!!!!!! The nurses got to know me and my capabilities, we all grew to learn together and help one another. They had no idea what I was trained in and how we (EMS) work. and in turn I had no idea what they did and or knew. Iv been a Paramedic for 12 yrs and got my LVN 4 years ago. I can truly say it is the lack of knowledge on both parts. It also goes back to people skills. My motto has always been if they are rude to my employee's I tell them to KILL them with KINDNESS it has yet to fail any of use.
