Guest guest Posted August 19, 2008 Report Share Posted August 19, 2008 Can someone tell me why is it that you are the one feeling bad with either RA or being diabetic, or breaking a bone because of having thin bones, or just something like that, that people try and turn it around so they are the ones you feel sorry for? Like my hubby tells me how sorry he feels for me it makes him so sad he cries, that he cant even hug me without me hurting, that just walking and I break my pubis radius bone from stress, and he has me feeling sorry for him, some one tell me why this is please. And he is not the only one, people try and help but I end up feeling sorry for them, I am not asking for pity or anything but man right is right. Thanks for listing to me whine. This is not a bad thing. Some people are so sensitive towards others, that they don't know if they are feeling their own emotions or the emotions of the other person are leaking into their own consciousness. Hope that makes sense. You should be grateful that you have this ability. Some people are so self absorbed or so self-centered that they can't feel anything towards others. I know what you are saying though. Sometimes I feel sorry for the people who have to care for me at times. I feel like they should not have to be burdened. But then I remember that they do it because they love me, not because they have to.
