Guest guest Posted November 10, 2001 Report Share Posted November 10, 2001 1/4 c. soy flour = 8 carbs 1/4 wheat flour = 22 carbs (Gold Medal All-Purpose) Supposedly soy flour may be used to " thicken " gravies and sauces but it failed for me. Does anyone have suggestions for success? What ratio soy flour to liquids work? Of course if have to use more than regular flour the carbs will be increased and defeat purpose for using soy flour.
