Guest guest
Sunny, you are so funny. I will be glad when I too can laugh again, but most things that thinks are funny make me angry...like the idiot Borat. I find this so-called man disgusting, but still goes aroung using his accent. He is going to get it!!!! Yesterday, I went out to clean the sidewalks, and it gave me a good feeling. I met two of our new neighbours and that was nice too. They could not believe that I like cleaning the walks. I told them that I turn it into an art form, by doing it perfectly; however, today the pain in my back has returned. Honey, keep up the great work...love always.........Lea ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~``` is a little Monkey! Lea, I don't think for a minute you're a prude. That "little monkey"...you two have been through so much together. It's really amazing. I can't imagine how you must feel after what you've gone through (physically & emotionally) Hopefully, things can look up for you now. Maybe I'll visit you with a clown costume on? We could have a few laughs...would you like that?Love & Hugs,Sunny > > I have been having trouble sleeping/staying asleep and since > I am > > now sick and need to get well for explant on Friday, the dr. ok'd > me > > taking an ambien. Guest guest
Lea, take it easy on those muscles! I, too, overdid it last night with unpacking (still!) and I got angry at all my clutter and worked for 3 hrs. Today I had to spend the whole day in bed!! It was my day off, so I deserved it anyway! Shovelling sidewalks - an art form - never thought about it in that way. That's awesome. Who is Borat? Doesn't ring a bell for me. Our family has always been into bugging each other, and slapstick. It's nothing unusual for my son and I to come sneaking around the corner, and break out into a fake Kung Fu battle. Also, I have these little stuffies that make sounds....when I go to bed at night, I say to Mike, " O.K., son...have a good sleep! Sweet Dream! " A couple of minutes later, outside my bedroom door, I hear either a cow mooing or a bird chirping or a duck quacking....you know, clown props. It's vital to our lives to laugh! It's tough for me to laugh out loud, physically, that is, because I go into a coughing fit with my right lung! That in itself, can be a hoot. Mike (my son, room-mate) gets a little concerned sometimes, and says, " do you want me to pause it, Mom? " lol Lea, darling, I do understand how some humor can trigger anger. A couple of friends I've had in my life, and my former husband, told me I should thicken my skin a bit...when your health is poor, and you're emotionally fragile, it's not that easy. I still have my moments when Sunny turns to Stormy if I detect any sarcasm, or poking fun at my weaknesses. Depends on the day. In Alberta, I grew up with sarcasm...once I learned it was hidden anger, I tried to break myself of the habit. I'm ALMOST healed! I didn't realize how rude it was until I lived on the west coast of Canada, in , and the people there weren't used to our humor. They got offended! Love you so much, Sunny > > > I have been having trouble sleeping/staying asleep and > since > > I am > > > now sick and need to get well for explant on Friday, the > dr. ok'd > > me > > > taking an ambien.
