" My flush (which I feel is easier than using the epson salts) 6oz of fresh squeezed Grapefruit Juice and 6oz of pure virgin olive oil mix together and drink right before bed time.Opon awaking drink 10oz of Magnesium Citrate and the flush is complete. " Hello: I am also looking for an easier way to flush without the epsoms salts, but I have some questions about this flush. Do you also stop eating at 2pm, and what do you take in place of the Epsoms salts at 6pm and 8pm, as I would think that you would need a laxative at 6 and 8 pm just to clean out the bowels in preparation for the oil and grapefruit mixture at 10. Also I am in Canada, is the liquid Magnesium Citrate available here? I would like to try this method for my next cleanse so I need to know exactly how to do it. Could you explain in more detail, step by step. I have done about 15 flushes so far with the Epsoms salts, but I have noticed that in the last 2 flushes May and Sept 01, that I had a lot of tummy cramping and gurgling the day after and for the 3 days following. The tummy pains were really bad and I couldn't walk for a while until the pain subsided, and the gurgling was loud, it seems I must have had a lot of gas left in my tummy from the flush even though I ate fruit only at lunch and then light dinner of soup with potatoes and carrots the day after taking the oil & juice. Is this food choice contributing to my gas pains, and what should I be eating the day after to prevent this terrible tummy pain? Any suggestions on what to eat the next day and the days following? I would like to do another flush soon, as I am due, but I do not want these pains again, I know it is not stones because it is in my lower abdomen mostly more like gas pains with gurgling. I have a feeling these pains are due to the Epsoms Salts somehow. Good Health to all Klaire
