Hi ,

I think she just took an empty sinus type bottle, put in the red pepper and

just sniffed it. Seemed some got into the nose that way. If I am too stuffed up,

I just open my oregano oil and sniff it. If I stick very close to the diet, I

have less sinus problems anyway. Hope this helps.

Thank you doubly for the double info!

Seems that God gave us remedies...we just need to seek them out

and pass along with one another. I am going to the store right now

for more milk thistle for the liver problems I have...will add a sinus

bottle on the list.
