Guest guest
Kenda, I'm glad to hear your feeling better with your healthy foods. I'd really love to have a garden next spring. Maybe I can start a community garden here in the city. I've seen incredible results when I am consistent with my healthy eating. Rogene always talks about no refined foods, sugar, etc. That's so important. It is difficult to do, for some, because of the comfort attached to alot of foods. Or food addcition. I had a heck of a time after my sister passed on. Wow, the evenings were brutal. Once I realized I was grieving at a depth I had never felt before, I was able to let go of the eating by exprressing my grief and crying. I've been researching alot lately about the food industry and the food additives they put in food to get us hooked. That just burns me. No wonder people are lining up at Mcs and can't say " no " . I've been really enjoying the 5-10 (in Canada, that's our Food Guide motto) for eating 5 - 10 servings of fruit and vegetables a day. God gave us every healthy food to keep us healthy - it's too sad to see our world full of chemicals and additives. We still can choose healthy options. I don't think I'll ever give up my Mom's perogys. Toooo good. Love & Healing, Sunny > > Diet is so much important than any of us give credit.
