Carrots and spinach is a great combination. There is also one that tastes just like V 8 juice, (which I love), using parsley, carrots, spinach, tomatoes, celery, cucumber and green bell pepper. You can experiment with several combinations and make things up as you go. Just don't go overboard on beets or greens. Those are just a bit concentrated and can make you feel really icky for awhile. One whole beet juiced in a glass of other veggies can make you hurl! Better to keep it at half a beet. But with all those good veggies out there, you should be able to come up with some great combinations, using high water content veggies like tomatoes and cucumbers and then smaller amounts of greens. When you can add fruits in, carrot/apple is a staple juice for healing. Some people warn that too much carrot juice can sabatoge a
