Guest guest
, Yes, I would tell her to wait to feel your breasts, and yes, definitely wait on the mammogram. Your tissues are going to be healing for several months. They will be vulnerable and feel lumpy for quite some time, making it difficult to detect anything abnormal. No need to aggravate things. Bindi OB/GYN hi ladiesI will be going for a check up to the gynecologist next week and wondered if there is anything I should be telling her/asking her about my explant? Should she avoid feeling my breasts at this point since I was just explanted? I am now 35, and if she suggests a mammogram should I tell her it's best to wait a certain amount of time until I heal?I am glad she will be able to analyze the healing too. I also have a dentist appointment, but I'd rather not show him if you don't mind. J/K!
Guest guest
glad I asked! I always got the feeling she disapproved of the implants - not in a judging way, but more of a quizzical thing. > > >, > >Yes, I would tell her to wait to feel your breasts, and yes, > >definitely wait on the mammogram. Guest guest
Thanks, Brigite It's always so nice to see your pretty name! I will ask about the ultrasounds too - sounds less painful too. - -- In , " BRIGITE " <KissofSadness@...> wrote: > > I don't know the pros or cons to this... but my doctor orders me to > have 'breast ultrasounds' instead of mammograms. Guest guest
Dearest : This morning while deleting all the garbage that we seem to get everyday, I noticed your note. I wanted you to know that my doctors always request that they do an ultrasound on my breasts. The reason for this is that I still have cysts in my breasts, and they know that they always end up doing an ultrasound anyway. Why they insist on doing a mammogram first amazes me! Honey, I would tell her that you have just been explanted. This is all so sad that you must go through all this because you were not told the truth about these devices. I tell my dentist everything, and his Father was the man who saved my life back in the nineties. He is an oral pathologist. My teeth cleaning went well, but it is always a shock to my system. He told me that whitening my teeth might help with my burning tongue. I told him that I always use hydrogen peroxide on my toothbrush before brushing and that I have not had any side effects. He has agreed to do the whitening, but he said he would ask that I be aware of any symptoms. We are all wondering why my teeth are so good, because I had ruptured silicone in my body for many years. Most women seem to have so many problems with their teeth and gums. My tongue has burned ever since the implants were removed! Sending tons of love to you..love...Lea ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~``` OB/GYN hi ladiesI will be going for a check up to the gynecologist next week and wondered if there is anything I should be telling her/asking her about my explant? Guest guest
Yep, I agree, but I will bet the doc already knows this.
