Guest guest
Hi , The first liver cleanse relieved severe epigastric area pain that I would experience after eating any amount of fat, and I'd already had my GB removed 2 weeks prior to doing the cleanse. But, I continued to experience bowel rumbling, gassiness and slight discomfort occasionally after eating fat. The second cleanse cured me of both. I also make sure that my intake of soluble and insoluble fiber is high too along with taking various essential fatty acids. All of this has helped me to be not only free of stones but I'm also feeling much better regarding my arthritis too. Dale
Guest guest
Dale, how many flushes did it take you to feel relief from arthritis? I am looking forward to that! of Dewberry Hill I for one have been able to avoid sever pain and have actually been able to get away with eating things I wouldn't have dared two years ago. I am looking forward to that! of Dewberry Hill >> It really started to back off considerably when I'd done my first flush. However, whether plays a big part in how it does with me as well as the food I eat. I try to make sure to get food that contains the nutrition that my body needs to deal with arthritis. The food that tends to do that is pretty well listed in Dr. Cabot's book " The Liver Cleansing Diet " and since arthritis is an autoimmune disease it only makes sense that a diet for the liver's good is going to help in dealing with a lot of other ills, since the liver is the main provider for immunity. One other benefit I've had is a major reduction in having to deal with hemorrhoids, as long as I stay on a diet high in fiber and which also has essential fatty acids. I also would say that I felt less tightness in my abdomen, if that makes any sense. I'd had a feeling of fulness even when I hadn't eaten in hours and that went away. Beyond that I would say that there's an improvement in energy level and a decrease in joint pain. I'm making an assumption that those are also connected with the cleanses. Each person is different, though, so the results that takes one person a dozen flushes to get, another might get on the first one. in health,
