Question about lift WITH explant...

I'm going to try this one last time to see if it shows up. My posts haven't been coming up...

Did anyone who had implants OVER the muscle have a lift at the same time of explant?

I was reading that sometimes if your implants are over the muscle, the explanting surgeon will want to wait until later on to do the lift. This concerns me, because it's going to be hard enough to afford 1 more surgery by selling our car... plus travel, plus hubby taking off work.

Thinking I may need 2 more surgeries is just boggling my mind and making me feel hopeless. I'm already worried enough that they won't do it in office (due to health issues), and that I'll go through all this to save money, but still won't be able to afford any extra fees to do it in a hospital.

Apparently, it's due to something to do with the nerves and letting the areola get the best blood supply to ensure its vitality. (It isn't a matter of waiting to see if you need one or not aesthetically, because I already know I'll need it for those reasons.)

Anyone heard of this? I'm worried, and still have a few weeks to go until my consultation.
