I use this flush now for 4-5 days prior to doing the gallbladder cleanse. I

use apple or grape juice (which he says is also good). I start out the first

day with 1 clove of garlic and one tablespoon of olive oil in the mixture and

increase those by one each day.

I have found that it's much easier, since I have my own juicer, to actually

juice the garlic and ginger in with the juice and then I add the oil and the

other 8 oz of water. If you use a blender, just be sure to really blend it

well. The first time I did it I used the blender and I ended up with chunks

of garlic and ginger in the bottom of the glass and almost threw up! :) So

my words of advice if you have a blender would be to put a smaller amount of

the juice in the blender with the garlic and ginger so that it can blend it

really well. (Or maybe I just need to get a better blender, eh?) :)

in health,
