PS not giving operating rpt

SO I have made 5 attempts - phone calls and faxes to obtain my

operating rpt and pre-op photos from my original ps. (this is the one

I saw last saturday who was NOT supportive of doing it en bloc) - no

luck. Not a single person has called back, and when I grill them on

the phone, they tell me every time that another person handles it. I

am going to let the 2nd ps know (Who I am seeing on Wed and requires

these items ahead of time) to see if they can help. If not, I am

having a relative who is an attorney draft a letter demanding my

medical records. It's so outrageous - I wonder if they even have my

file from 10 yrs ago - not sure what the law is with keeping those.

He's obviously pissed off that I didn't go with him and 'challenged'

his massive ego, and therefore not making things easy for me.
