Guest guest
Hi group! Just a quick update to let you know that I am stil doing great with little or no gb problems. I just got back from 11 days in France with rich foods... ice cream in business class, etc. All the things I preach about not eating got eaten! The result... One mild stomach ache one night. Overall my approach to healing has been a huge success. Many of you know that for two years I sufferred with significant gb pain. After 6-7 flushes and a change in diet to avoid most milk products and trans fats, I felt much better but not cured. The past yaer I have regularly taken flaxseed and fish oils, with granulated lecithin in a little fresh squeezed oj each morning. Add to that a lttle biole salts and taurine. My gb is cleared with this mixture every other day and the bile remains smooth and not chunky. Its been 6 months since my last flush, but I don't really feel the need as it seems I have been able to smooth out the composition of the bile... Lots of pure water all day is also very important. Soooooo... for those of you still sufferring... There is hope! At laest for this gb pain sufferrer. Good luck as you explore the keys to great health. Logic dictates that if your bile is clumping you must change its consistency. This can easily be done by adding water, bile salts, lecithin to your diet and avoiding cholestorol creating foods... It's a no brainer! ken
Guest guest
Ken, thanks so much for being a good vet soldier. Those of us newbies or on our first few flushes sure love to hear from those of you who have been at it a while. I'ts SO encouraging! of Dewberry Hill " People are like stain glass windows; they sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in, their true beauty is revealed only if there is alight within. " -Kubler Ross " Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life. Guest guest
would someone describe what they mean by an attack? What? A gallbadder attack? I have no such problems myself. I am just concerned that my post nasal drip problem is due to an over toxed liver, and system. And is probably why my muscles get so stiff, which in turn causes me back pain. Would someone respond to these points of interests? Tony
