How do you know for sure ????????

How do you know if a PS says he will get all the capsule he can get ...really does his best to do it ? There is other PS' besides the 2 everyone talks about( kolb & Feng) that others have went to and they say their Ps's will do their best..but how do you really know ? And if you are still sick after explant...how do you know if their is still capsule left inside and another PS could enen get it out if you were to God forbid have yet another surgery ?
