parting thoughts on Epsom Salts

Thank you to all who have participated in this recent discussion about Epsom

Salts. I think that some of my posts have been over-analyzed and

misunderstood - but that's okay, because the discussion generated has been

interesting (to me at least) and hopefully helpful to anyone else who ever

had additional thoughts about them.

Let me bow out of the discussion now by saying this:

1) I don't have anything against Epsom Salts - I was looking for more

information than is offered anywhere in cleansing forums.

2) I totally support anyone's decision to use them.

3) I don't believe you can prove that a particular flush would have been

more/less successful with more/less salts because there are other variables

at play. Others feel differently and that's okay.

4) I have used Epsom Salts in the past.

5) I may use them in the future.

6) I appreciate respect for my choices and opinions as I try to offer the

same to others.

Thanks again to everyone who has participated in this spirited discussion.

I'm not attempting to squash the discussion - just wanted to explain that I

feel that my part in it is completed.

It's wonderful that we can be embrace our differences and support each other

in what is the truly important aspect of this group, which is the cleansing

that is taking place, regardless of the individual choices about how to go

about them.

in health!
