Ira, I agree with what said about when it's time for you to do your

flush, it will be an experiment. Study and prepare like we did. I studied and

prepared for 3 months before I did my first flush. Most of us usually find the

recipe that works best for us after a flush or two.

Study, which I know you are, do the preliminary cleanses (bowel, parasite) and

then chose your recipe. You can always go with the one most people do if you are

undecided: The Hulda flush. Just know that most of us were real concerned

(yeah, a little worried) about it all when we first did it and really it's no

big mystery. It's just experimenting until you find what works. We are here to

support you in your decisions and share in your victories.
