What symptoms are normal post-explant?

I am feeling some pain (of course) and I have some swelling on my left

breast. Icing is soothing. Also, that incision on the left nipple is

very nasty and tender. I never want to go back to my ps, but how will

I know if I have a concerning symptom? Is some swelling normal? Am I

over-reacting? I have heard of hematoma - is that likely in someone

who had drains for 4 days?

How does one know stitches are ready to come out?
