Rogene ----------------------------------------------- I have found that the most important thing to avoid is medications with silica, silicon dioxide, simithicone, and or silicone in them. These ingredients are mostly found in the inactive ingredients. It is extremely important to have yourself tested. A positive test result will assist your doctor and your pharmacy in helping to make sure your meds are indeed silicon free. Always check the ingredients yourself. Even with the prescription meds. The pharmacist has a list of ingredients for every med they sell. "Medication goes directly into the blood stream and has the potential to cause the most damaging and more severe affects."The outer coats of fruits and veggies contain a great deal of silica. Cellulose and silica form together to create fiber. Ingesting the silica can cause more "gastrointestinal problems, and an underline allergic reactions. Most of the gastrointestinal meds and or fiber treatments contain simithicone, which should also be avoided.I can not eat "unpeeled" fruits and veggies but my children can, now that their immune systems have calmed down. Silicone is in lotions, gels and so forth but the boys and I don't seem to have a problem using them. The clear medical tape used in many medical facilities can cause some skin problems.As I said, you should start by getting tested and discussing the test results with your doctor. I

have been surprised to learn that most doctors and or pharmacists don't even know that the medications contain silicon dioxide. It is an anti-caking agent used in medications.Some how, I don't think it's an accident. First denying the bodies ability to develop an allergy to the antigen, the silicone in the implants. Then placing the silicon in the medications, and if it is, the pharmaceutical companies that make the meds that all of these women need to take for diseases that they supposedly, don't have, sure got a lucky financial break. It's no wonder most of us have negative test results leaving us with no answer as to what is causing the problem. They are not giving us the right tests. Lana
