Guest guest
hello all - I went to the nurse practioner today who was so wonderful! She said my skin was already growing over my stitches and that these were more than ready to come out. She was shocked and puzzled at the left breast and asked me what was the reason for the 'very rough stitching' - she said she didn't understand what the ps was doing, something about her using one long thread on the nipple, and it was done very poorly. She told me this very professionally and with prompting from me when I saw her face and how she shook her head....then I told her my experience and she was of course horrified. She said if I had waited a month for them to come out, it would be painful and 'far too long'. She said I still need ointment on my left side. Obviously what's done is done, but....wow.
