Guest guest
Hi , I think I answered this about 5 days ago but I'll tell ya again. :-) No way in h*** would I use 5 tblspns of epsom per drink. 20 in all? I'd eliminate my total inurds and not have anything to flush with anymore. hahaha No, that's 5 total in 3 cups of water splitting that mix into 4 cups of 3/4 cup drinks. By the way, those are heaping tblspns. Not everyone will do this but I find that it pre-eliminates not only the food I've eaten on the day of the cleanse and maybe the day before but it also dehydrates me somewhat of all the water in my system. It's not easy to go to the toilet 10-20 times before the oil drink but then again it is called a 'flush'. :-) I find that with my body cleared of most all water as well will result in the best cleanse possible. It's my thought that the less water in your body the better effect the oil/juice will have on absorbing into the liver and contracting the gb as well. I'm sold on this elimination of water as a tremendous help in my personal flush. The times I retained a lot of water during the flush I had a lot less sludge and stones come out. I definitely plan on keeping the same method for my cleanses and also doubling the oil drink too. This 'Power flush' is working great for me. It's not easy but who ever said it was supposed to be? Hope this helps. :-) Barry. --- In gallstones@y..., of Dewberry Hill <cozad76078@y...> wrote: > Do you personally, use 5 TBS for each ES drink or 5 TBS of ES for the total flush? And thanks for that great post you sent explaining everything. A real labor.
