Guest guest
I think that's exactly what happened! As the day went on, I had sports for the kids and errands and ended up going a number of hours without food. That brought my appetite back - LOL! I had 3 oz. of ground beef and liver sauteed in 2 T. Butter for dinner and it went down very well :-) The fitday website calculated that I'm eating aroung 1750 calories/day (I'm 5'5 " and weigh 130). I added 2 T. coconut oil to my chicken/bone broth today and it wasn't TOO awful. I'm adding about 1-2 T. Fat to each meal today. So far, so good. Thanks so much for the suggestions! +AMDG+ Jean Sent from my U.S. Cellular® Android-powered phone cindy_martian wrote: >Hi >As you were on Gaps before, you may could handle jumping into this full force, but you really went quickly. Fat will certainly cut your appetite. fat itself has more calories per gram. How many meals did you consume to get this way. I think you may have just done too much fat at one time. i probably get about 2000 calories a day, but I am only 5 feet, and slim build. > > c > > >> >> Hi all, >> >> I just went low carb, high fat today (was following the gaps diet prior to >> this) - 160g F, 28g C, 57g P and I've eaten about a third of my calories so >> far today and I have completely lost my appetite.
