I think that's exactly what happened! As the day went on, I had sports for the

kids and errands and ended up going a number of hours without food. That

brought my appetite back - LOL! I had 3 oz. of ground beef and liver sauteed in

2 T. Butter for dinner and it went down very well :-)

The fitday website calculated that I'm eating aroung 1750 calories/day (I'm 5'5 "

and weigh 130). I added 2 T. coconut oil to my chicken/bone broth today and it

wasn't TOO awful. I'm adding about 1-2 T. Fat to each meal today. So far, so

good.
