Hi all,

I just went low carb, high fat today (was following the gaps diet prior to

this) - 160g F, 28g C, 57g P and I've eaten about a third of my calories so

far today and I have completely lost my appetite. I don't see how I'll be

able to eat everything I'm supposed to today. Is that ok, or am I to force

myself to eat it all?
