Guest guest Posted May 29, 2012 Report Share Posted May 29, 2012 Hi all, I just went low carb, high fat today (was following the gaps diet prior to this) - 160g F, 28g C, 57g P and I've eaten about a third of my calories so far today and I have completely lost my appetite.
