Hi Glo - if you have it stored sealed I can see no reason

why it wouldn't stay well for you. Put it in plastic bags

and don't let it get wet :-)

HI Glo Gee haven't heard from you in ages so it is nice to see your post. I

don't know about storing Splenda but if it was in an air tight container

that should do it.

When a friend of mine was in Korea a few years ago she was amazed at their

diet and said it was basically low carb. Not too many overweight people

there.
