Oxidation of oil

I see people here noticing that the olive oil is absorbed to the

point of their skin becoming oily. Since the cleanse is usually

repeated many times, and since unsaturated oils (mono- as well as

poly-) can get damaged during oxidation in our bodies, it seems wise

to take a large dose (like 1000 mg) of vitamin E with one of the

first meals after the cleanse. Vitamin E prevents unsaturated oils

from going rancid and is a good idea to take every day anyway, for

that reason. (I've started to take 350 mg daily.)
