Guest guest
Wow, , what a multi-talented family! The New Yorker published your father's story?!? Dang, that is every writer's dream. I have been reading the New Yorker for years, I must've read it. Send me his name privately if you feel like it-- I'll look the story up in my NYer database. Writing can definitely be good medicine-- I am so glad I've been able to get back to it. For many months I was too sick to write or read. My writing doesn't come as easily now as it did before I got sick, but I am grateful I can do it at all. Thank goodness for spellcheckers! Brain fog really kills one's ability to spell. You sound like a saavy, courageous woman, with lots of spirit. Don't give up on getting better! It's not only possible, but likely, now that you know what the cause is. You obviously have lots left to do in your life, and need your health back to do it. Good healing wishes, Bindi
