Guest guest
Thanks for this rundown, Joanne. I like the way you lead people to Bee's program by leading them to Atkin's first. Makes sense to me. I'm such a purist, tho! But he is a step in the right direction. Good call... I am not brilliant wiht these but I have tiny amounts, the size of a babys hand, here and there. And when I am having them I first soak them (which really helps me digest them) +++ Bee has also removed nuts from the candida pgm +++ forgive me if you've answered this already, but how long have you been on Bee's pgm? LOL I know that is hard to beleive since i never stop talking about it,<< You're great, Joanne. Thank you again so much for inviting me here! I don't feel on Bee's group we can just chat and share info. So it is nice to be abel to do that here! Re: the above... A friend from my weight training days just shared with me what he eats in a day and asked me what I thought of it. The only thing of his whole day's menu that I could've eaten was the meat. All the rest was carbs (fruit, veggies, nuts) and protein powder. I told him he didn't' want me telling him what I thought of his diet, lol. I'm amazed at how " little " I do eat and yet am stuffed: 3 eggs, 6 oz meat, 2 cups bone broth, 1/2 c well-cooked broccoli, 5.5 Tbsp coconut oil, 3-4 Tbsp butter - in a day. I've been following Bee's pgm for 13 months. , who does not have fibro; " only " candida
