Guest guest
I've just been reading Bee's comments on leg cramps this morning. Besides mentioning the sea salt, she talks about making sure you're getting the right KIND of magnesium and the correct amount (600mg/day). Bee wrote: " Cramps in your calves or feet, which feel like a Charlie Horse since they are very tight where the muscle binds, are mainly caused by an imbalance in calcium and magnesium and possibly a lack of other minerals. So ensure you are taking the correct amount and kind of cal/mag. If you are getting tightness in your muscles, that isn't the same as a Charlie Horse which is a gripping pain. Toxins can also cause muscle tightness, aches, pains, stiffness, etc. so ensure you are following the program correctly. " Here is the link to her supplement page: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/supp7.php Re: RoseMarie RoseMarie I really do not know why ketosis could make your leg cramping worse.
