I've just been reading Bee's comments on leg cramps this morning. Besides

mentioning the sea salt, she talks about making sure you're getting the

right KIND of magnesium and the correct amount (600mg/day). Bee wrote:

I really do not know why ketosis could make your leg cramping worse.
