Guest guest
Hello, this is my first post here. I'm a male ( " Helge " is male, " Helga " is female), 37, in Norway. I do not have gallstone attacks or pain, but I have sme digestive problems, not constipation, but my stools are unhealthy (see http://www.execpc.com/~keephope/report19.html for an excellent description of what that means), I have a little more intestinal gas than I would like, and I show symptoms of being deficient in nutrients, which could be caused by malabsorption. I have lupus. I have everything ready for my first real cleanse (Epson, grape, olive), just waiting for the right moment. I say " real " , because it happens that I pass a few stones or some chaff. Eating an entire citrus fruit, or taking a spoon of olive oil can make a difference. Once I saw an almost square, presumably calquified block, about 2 cm in each direction, together with the stool. Ordinarily, though, there is too little cholestrole in the stool, since it sinks to the bottom. I enjoy your discussions. -- Helge
