Guest guest
I take Ginko and I feel like it's helping. One recommendation I have, instead of flax, is Fish oil. They are both very good...I used to take the flax but fish oil is much lower in fat. I'm on Weight Watchers so I have to pay attention to this. The one I buy is expensive but tastes pretty good. It is by Carlson and is bottled in Norway...it's lemon flavored and is very good. It is a great source of Omega 3's, DHA and EPA. I eat a lot of sushi too! Sunny <wellnessnow@...> wrote: Here are 2 tips for brain difficulties. Taking Flax Oil has improved my mental/emotional state by 80%! Also, I'm going to add Gingko when I get paid. Seen alot of great results with that as well. It's so hard to choose....we definitely have to go with our inner voice and good, solid suggestions from the wise women here.Lots of love,Sunny Everyone is raving about the all-new beta. Guest guest
Carlson's Liver oil is one of the best - if not the best! - Rogene <waltjenking@...> wrote: I take Ginko and I feel like it's helping. Guest guest
Wow, I sure wish I could get a taste for sushi. Just can't do it! I'm thinking of switching from Flax Oil to Fish Oil next time I buy, I want capsules and I also love fish, but there's not alot of good fish to eat anymore. Guest guest
Yes, sushi takes getting used to. I am addicted to sushi and Indian food! I'm Greek and have a father who is a retired English Professor and now writer. Anyway, growing up my father loved to cook and had dinner parties so he'd invite teachers from the college he taught at in Upstate NY. We would have people of all cultures sitting at our table at the same time...it was fun listening to people speaking different languages and learning about their culture! I love all kinds of food and I especially love making it....although now I substitute healthy ingredients because I'm trying to eat better and I'm on Weight Watchers. It's hard to find good fish and you want to be careful which fish you eat because of the mercury...or at least I do. I think I have high mercury levels from my amalgram fillings and root canals. Salmon is a very good one to eat. Oh, and I think Carlson also has the fish oil capsules. Thanks Sunny Sunny <wellnessnow@...> wrote: Wow, I sure wish I could get a taste for sushi. Just can't do it! Guest guest
You can get really good, mercury fish from vitalchoice.com. I have been buying from them for a couple of years and really like their salmon and halibut. I was eating fish 5 to 10 times per week a few years ago that I bought from a local fish market. I had the worst memory loss! I discussed this with my ND and we're betting the fish had high mercury levels because as soon as I quit eating it, I was fine. Scary!! I have never had a problem with Vital Choice. Kenda > Yes, sushi takes getting used to.
